Our mind is the powerhouse of all matters. We get angry from time to time and feel anxious. It’s not easy to calm your mind when a thousand things are battling in your head. Most of the time,we don’t know what to do in such circumstances.But following some rules or strategies,you can calm your mind and live a stress free life.

1. Help others

Our prime purpose during this life is to assist others. And if you cannot help them, a minimum of don’t hurt them.

2. Don’t care what others say

All suffering is caused by ignorance. People inflict pain on others within the selfish pursuit of their own happiness or satisfaction

3. Pay attention to your inner values

Every day, think as you awaken , today i’m fortunate to be alive, I even have a precious human life, i’m not getting to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others; to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. I am getting to have kind thoughts towards others, i’m not getting to get angry or think badly about others. I am getting to benefit others the maximum amount as I can.

4. Be calm

Silence is sometimes the best answer.we don’t need to give back.Be calm and wait for the right time.

5. Have compassion

Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive

6. Be determined

No matter what kind of difficulties, how painful experience is, if we lose our hope, that’s our real disaster

7. Meditate

Whatever sorts of meditation you practice, the foremost important point is to use mindfulness continuously, and make a sustained effort.

It is unrealistic to expect results from meditation within a brief period of your time . What is required is continuous sustained effort.

8. Keep thing in prospective

If a drag is fixable, if a situation is such you’ll do something about it, then there’s no got to worry. If it isn’t fixable, then there’s no help in worrying. There is no benefit in worrying whatsoever.

9.Develop Friendship

Remember that the simplest relationship is one during which your love for every other exceeds your need for every other.

10. Share funny stories

Just one small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day.Share funny stories and jokes,laugh wholeheartedly.
